Ginger shots

Take one of these ginger shots in the morning to kickstart your day!

Ingredients (makes 15 servings):

  • 200g ginger
  • 1 apple
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 500ml water


  • Wash the ginger and apple and cut them into small chunks
  • Add the ginger, apple, and water to a blender and blend until smooth
  • Strain this mixture through a sieve, squeezing out all the liquid with the back of the spoon
  • Add in the lemon juice
  • Store the juice in an airtight bottle and in the fridge
