Ingredients (makes 15 servings):
- 200g ginger
- 1 apple
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 500ml water
Method:
- Wash the ginger and apple and cut them into small chunks
- Add the ginger, apple, and water to a blender and blend until smooth
- Strain this mixture through a sieve, squeezing out all the liquid with the back of the spoon
- Add in the lemon juice
- Store the juice in an airtight bottle and in the fridge
